A full attic re-insulation or an HVAC replacement is a real capital expense. Most of our
customers plan around one of three options:
-
Pay in full at completion
The simplest option. No interest, no application, no third party. We invoice on
completion and offer the standard payment methods.
-
Utility rebates & tax credits
LADWP, SoCalGas, and the federal IRA §25C tax credit can cover a meaningful chunk of an
attic-insulation project. See
Rebates & Tax Credits
for the current programs and dollar amounts. Rebates don't require a loan — they reduce your
out-of-pocket after the work is done.
-
Third-party financing
Pure Eco is currently reviewing lender partners for pre-qualified home-improvement
financing. If financing is important for your project, mention it when you call — we can
walk you through what's available while our partner selection is being finalized.

The free in-home energy consultation is the right time to talk about budget. We'll show
you what the job actually costs, what rebates can offset, and what a phased approach might
look like. Our Learning Center's
2026 California rebates article
walks through what stacks on top of financing.
