Pure Eco Inc. wants everyone — including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers, captions, or other assistive technology — to be able to browse our site, request a quote, and get help. We're actively working to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). 1. Our Commitment

Pure Eco Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to pureecoinc.com (the "Site").

2. Conformance Target

We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and to align with the accessibility expectations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as applied to public-facing business websites. Conformance is a target, not a certification; parts of the Site may not yet fully meet every AA success criterion, and we treat those gaps as defects to remediate.

3. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we build and maintain the Site with the following practices:

  • Semantic HTML — pages use meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and form-control markup so assistive technology can parse structure and relationships.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and descriptive labels for icons; decorative graphics are marked as decorative.
  • Keyboard operability — interactive elements (menus, forms, dialogs, carousels) are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Color contrast — text and interactive elements are designed to meet AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • Resizable text — the Site supports browser zoom and text-size adjustment up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Responsive design — the Site adapts to a wide range of screen sizes, orientations, and input methods.
  • Reduced-motion support — motion effects respect the visitor's prefers-reduced-motion setting where practical.
  • Ongoing testing — combined automated scanning (e.g., axe/Lighthouse) and periodic manual review with keyboard-only navigation and popular screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations we are actively working on include:

  • Third-party embedded content — reviews widgets, embedded maps (Google Maps), embedded video (YouTube), reCAPTCHA challenges, and any chat widget are rendered by third parties. We select vendors that publish accessibility conformance reports, but we do not control their code and cannot guarantee full AA conformance for the third-party portion.
  • Legacy media — some older photos or images may lack descriptive alt text; we are auditing and updating these on an ongoing basis.
  • PDFs and downloads — where we link out to manufacturer warranty PDFs, rebate program PDFs, or CSLB verification pages, those documents are prepared by third parties and may not meet AA. If you cannot access one, contact us and we will provide the information in another format.

We aim to acknowledge every request within two (2) business days and to provide a substantive response — either a remediation timeline or an alternate way to get the information or service — within seven (7) business days.

7. Assessment & Review Cadence

We assess the accessibility of the Site using a combination of automated tools (e.g., axe, Lighthouse) and manual review (keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader testing). This statement is reviewed at least annually; the next scheduled review is July 1, 2027, or sooner if we make a major redesign or add a significant new feature.

This statement is not a legally binding warranty or representation of perfect conformance to any single technical standard. It reflects our current best-effort approach to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and ADA-aligned accessibility.
