As Founder and CEO of Pure Eco Inc., I lead a premier insulation and energy efficiency company that has served as the trusted, behind-the-scenes B2B partner for Southern California's construction and home improvement industries for over 20 years. We specialize in seamless white-label insulation execution for a diverse network of partners — including solar, roofing, remodeling, restoration and rodent control companies. By managing the entire insulation scope of complex projects, we enable our partners to scale their operations, protect their margins, and deliver exceptional results without the overhead of an internal insulation crew. My focus is on driving the sustained growth of our B2B operations and deepening the long-standing industry partnerships that have fueled our success for two decades.

Warren

Executive Vice President

Warren joined the executive leadership team in 2022, bringing extensive industry experience to Pure Eco Inc. He has fostered a culture of innovation by spearheading a strategic restructuring of operations and sales, driving significant, lasting improvements across all departments. A Los Angeles resident, Warren spends his free time exploring interior design, traveling, catching Lakers games, and hanging out with his dog, Brandy.

Beni

Head Sales Technician

Beni joined the team in 2018 and brings over 20 years of industry experience to his role. As our longest-tenured technician, his loyalty, professionalism, and consistently high-level performance make him an integral part of the organization. A resident of Toluca Lake, Beni enjoys riding motocross, traveling, and spending quality time with his son outside of work.

Allen

Sales Technician

Born and raised in Biedenkopf, Germany, Allen has been part of the home energy industry for seven years and has proudly served with Pure Eco Inc. for the past two years. As a Sales Technician, he is committed to helping homeowners identify the best insulation and energy efficiency solutions while providing knowledgeable, customer-focused service. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to delivering quality results make him a valued member of the Pure Eco team. Outside of work, Allen is a passionate soccer fan who proudly supports Borussia Dortmund (BVB) and enjoys playing with friends and teammates every Wednesday evening. He also enjoys spending time with his two dogs, an American Bully and an American Staffordshire Terrier.

Danny Z.

Senior Field Manager

Originally from Palmdale, California, Danny has over 12 years of experience in the insulation industry, beginning his career at just 17 years old. He has been a dedicated member of the Pure Eco Inc. team for the past eight years, where he has earned a reputation for his leadership, craftsmanship, and commitment to delivering quality installations. As Senior Field Manager, Danny works closely with installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's high standards. Outside of work, he enjoys playing baseball and soccer, hiking, and collecting firearms. He also enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Rocky, a Doberman, and Penny, a Poodle, and is engaged to be married.

Shawn

Senior HVAC Technician

Originally from Tehran, Iran, Shawn has over five years of HVAC industry experience and has been a valued member of the Pure Eco Inc. team for nearly four years. As Senior HVAC Technician, he is recognized for his technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. A Los Angeles resident, Shawn is also a professional musician, vocalist, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist who enjoys writing, recording, and producing music in his free time. He is married and the proud father of one child.

Alex

Field Manager

Originally from Northridge, California, Alex began his career in the insulation industry with Pure Eco Inc., where he has grown into the role of Field Manager through his dedication, hard work, and commitment to quality. He takes pride in leading projects with professionalism while ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's high standards. Outside of work, Alex enjoys relaxing with family, visiting the beach, and exploring new places. He also enjoys spending time with his two dogs, a Pug and a Miniature Pinscher.

Antonio

Field Manager

Born in Oakland, California, Antonio currently resides in Rosamond and has nearly five years of experience in the insulation industry. Since joining Pure Eco Inc. over a year ago, he has become a dependable member of the field team, known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and dedication to quality installations. Outside of work, Antonio enjoys reading manga and spending quality time with his son, who keeps him busy and motivated every day.

Field Manager

Originally from Texas and now residing in West Hills, California, Jose brings over two and a half years of experience in the insulation industry. As a Field Manager, he is dedicated to delivering quality workmanship while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Pure Eco Inc.'s high standards. Known for his reliability and customer-focused approach, Jose takes pride in helping homeowners improve the comfort and energy efficiency of their homes. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family, including his wife, their young son, and their Siberian Husky, Luca.

Originally from Pacoima, California, and now residing in Van Nuys, Jose brings three years of experience in the insulation industry. As a Field Manager, he is committed to delivering quality workmanship while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Pure Eco Inc.'s high standards. Known for his strong work ethic and team-first attitude, Jose takes pride in providing homeowners with a positive experience from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through running and working out at the gym, as well as spending quality time with his family. Jose is engaged and excited to welcome his first child.
