Terms & Conditions

Effective July 1, 2026. By using this website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

In plain English

By using our website or asking us for a quote, you agree to these terms. Quotes are estimates until we hand you a signed agreement — real conditions in your attic or crawlspace can change the price. Parts of the Site may use AI to draft content or power a chat assistant; those outputs are illustrative, not a substitute for a human inspection. The Site itself is provided "as is." Any dispute is decided in California under California law by binding arbitration on an individual basis (class actions are waived) — but you have 30 days from first accepting these Terms to opt out in writing and preserve your right to sue in court. None of this affects your separate rights under a written service agreement or under applicable consumer-protection law.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and Pure Eco Inc., a California corporation with its principal office at 9740 Variel Ave, Chatsworth, CA 91311 (CSLB License CSLB #993589) ("Pure Eco," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing pureecoinc.com or our related tools (the "Site"), or by requesting a quote or scheduling service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services. You can review and control how we handle your information — including your California "Do Not Sell or Share" choices — in the Your Privacy Choices section of our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and that you are either the property owner or an authorized representative of the owner for any property where you request service.

2. The Services

Pure Eco is a licensed California contractor providing insulation, radiant barrier, soundproofing, attic cleaning, crawl-space cleaning, HVAC, air-duct, and related energy-efficiency services in Southern California. The Site provides information about our services, service areas, promotions, rebates, and educational content, and lets you request a quote, submit a job application, or otherwise communicate with us.

The Site does not sell products or services directly; all services are performed under a separate written service agreement between you and Pure Eco.

3. Estimates & Quotes Are Non-Binding

Prices, offers, sample quotes, promotional amounts, savings figures, R-values, rebate estimates, and financing examples shown on the Site are for general information only. Any specific estimate we provide (by phone, email, chat, or in-home walkthrough) is non-binding until both you and an authorized Pure Eco representative sign a written service agreement describing the scope, materials, price, and payment terms. Field conditions (attic access, existing insulation, hidden damage, permit requirements, pest contamination, structural issues, and code compliance) may cause the final scope and price to differ from an initial estimate; we will disclose any material change and obtain your approval before proceeding.

4. AI & Automated-Content Disclaimer

Parts of the Site — including educational articles, service descriptions, FAQ answers, and any chat, quote-estimator, or savings-estimator tool we may deploy — may be generated, drafted, or assisted by artificial-intelligence systems and reviewed by Pure Eco personnel to a reasonable but not exhaustive standard. AI-assisted content and automated tools may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information; they do not constitute engineering, energy, tax, legal, financial, medical, or professional advice specific to your property or circumstances. Always rely on a signed written estimate and the judgment of a licensed contractor before making any purchase or scheduling decision.

5. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is educational and general in nature. It is not a substitute for professional inspection, engineering, permitting, tax, rebate, financial, or legal advice. Rebate amounts, tax credits, permit requirements, and code minimums change over time and vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on with the applicable utility, agency, or your own advisor.

6. Intellectual Property & Limited License

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, illustrations, design, software, brand names, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to Pure Eco and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and display the Site for the purpose of evaluating and using our Services. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, framing, scraping, model-training, republication, or the creation of derivative works — requires our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law, third-party right, or these Terms.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure, or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measure (including reCAPTCHA).
  • Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site except for legitimate search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt.
  • Use the Site to train, fine-tune, or benchmark any generative-AI model without our prior written consent.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including on quote requests or job applications).
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or unsolicited advertising.

8. User Submissions & Reviews

If you submit information to us — including quote requests, photos of your home, chat messages, testimonials, or reviews ("Submissions") — you represent that you own or have the right to share those Submissions and that they are truthful. You grant Pure Eco a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display Submissions in connection with the Site and our marketing (including on our website, social profiles, case studies, and printed materials), with attribution of first name and city or as otherwise agreed. You can request removal of a Submission at any time by contacting us; we will comply within a reasonable time consistent with our recordkeeping obligations.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site uses Google reCAPTCHA (governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service) and links to third-party sites (manufacturer, utility, rebate, and financing partner sites; social profiles; review platforms). Third-party sites and services are not under our control; your use of them is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or availability.

10. Payments, Billing & Financing

Payment terms for services are set out in your signed service agreement. If we accept credit or debit cards, card details are entered directly into a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor's environment; Pure Eco does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

If we offer financing, financing is provided by an independent third-party lender, not by Pure Eco, and is subject to the lender's underwriting, credit approval, and separate agreement between you and the lender. Sample monthly-payment figures are for illustration only and are not an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval. [CONFIRM: financing provider name once Pure Eco activates a lender partner; site config currently has features.financing = false.]

11. Warranties (Site) — AS-IS / AS-AVAILABLE

THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY TOOLS OR FEATURES OFFERED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURE ECO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

This disclaimer applies only to the Site. Warranties for services and materials we install (including workmanship and manufacturer warranties) are governed exclusively by your written service agreement and the applicable manufacturer's warranty documentation.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PURE ECO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT PURE ECO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

PURE ECO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by California law, including under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1750 et seq.) or for fraud, willful injury, or violation of law. This section does not limit any rights you have under a written service agreement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure Eco and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site in violation of law or third-party rights; (c) your Submissions; or (d) your negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 15, any action to enforce an arbitration award, or any dispute not subject to arbitration, will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Except as expressly excluded below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site (a "Dispute") will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or, at your election, before the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, or by videoconference at your request. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court, has exclusive authority to resolve any Dispute — including any claim that all or part of these Terms is unenforceable. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§1–16).

CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. You and Pure Eco each agree that any Dispute will be brought only on an individual basis. YOU AND PURE ECO EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND THE ARBITRATOR HAS NO AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE ON A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to any particular claim, that claim will be severed and heard in court; the remainder of the Dispute will still be arbitrated.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this Section 15 by sending written notice to Pure Eco at 9740 Variel Ave, Chatsworth, CA 91311 (Attn: Legal — Arbitration Opt-Out) or by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out," within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a statement that you decline to arbitrate. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.

Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual action in a court of competent small-claims jurisdiction, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual-property or confidentiality rights.

16. Informal Dispute Notice

Before filing a Dispute in arbitration or court, you agree to first send a written Notice of Dispute to Pure Eco at the address above, describing the nature of the claim and the relief sought. The parties will attempt to resolve the Dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days after the Notice is received before initiating a formal proceeding.

17. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time and may terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections 6, 8–15, 17, and 18 survive any termination.

18. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms plus our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement between you and Pure Eco are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior communications.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer.
  • Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where changes are material, provide notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
